Weekend Favorites

These are my favorites from this past weekend. A weekend filled with a little entertaining at home. With social distancing requirements, of course! I really miss hugging my friends! The only ones I get to bother with all my hugging are my hubby and my dog. I think they are getting tired of me. Who knew?

Anywhoo, the cute sapphire blue goddess maxi dress was perfect for an evening at home with friends. The material is so darn soft and it comes in a ton of colors. Bought this one online at New York & Co. Which by the way is soon to disappear from all shopping centers as they are closing ALL stores. So, before this dress does a disappearing act of its own I may have to get another color.

Now, isn’t this a fun skirt? Love the pleating and length not to mention the confetti pattern.

This one is from J. Crew. I made it a little casual with a classic chambray shirt, Gucci belt and suede d’orsay pumps also from J. Crew.

Until next time…

Live beautiful!

This casual outfit was perfect for church.

You could pair it with a t-shirt and flats or make it dressy with a silk blouse. The possibilities are endless. Pick any color and I bet this skirt has it in its design.

Oh, and Tom Ford sunglasses.

Cynthia Rowley Cardigan

Sometimes you might have a lot of running around to do. Dentist appointment, running into Trader Joe’s to pick up the sweet potato gnocchi I love, post office, maybe running into a few people you know along the way. This casual outfit is a perfect pulled together look. The cardigan is by Cynthia Rowley and I found it at T.J. Maxx. Great piece at a Maxxinista price. I like the denim on denim look of this outfit because I am wearing a traditional weight denim jean from Ethyl Clothing (super comfy!) with a chambray shirt I found at Wal-Mart at an unbeatable price point! Adding a soft silk scarf from Ralph Lauren finishes the overall look and feel. Casual yet elegant!

The Cynthia Rowley cardigan is one of my favorites and can definitely take the place of a coat in milder winter weather.

Open front design and nice front pockets keeps hands warm and it is a nice detail. Sunglasses are Gucci at Neiman Marcus

I enjoy cardigans and I hope you think of adding a longer style in a great fabric to your winter wardrobe.

Stay Beautiful,
